I couldn't afford the more expensive brands of this pot and when I found the one offered by Cuisinart I thought for the price, it was worth a try! It doesn't disappoint! Great for long sourdough loaves!

This works great for longer sourdough loaves (rather than the round ones). I love how easy cleanup is with the enameled surface. I've burned a loaf to the pot (parchment paper wasn't quite long enough) and it still came off after soaking for a while. Sourdough loaves come out great! Price is pretty good, too.
