Features:
*A cooler, heater or fan is connected to the power supply via relay contacts K0 and K1 and the temperature on/off set point is programmed into the W1209 using the onboard settings, increase and decrease buttons and display. Then, based on the temperature measured by the NTC temperature sensor (included with the module) and the setpoint programmed into the W1209 controller, the relay contacts open and close, acting as a power switch for the cooler/heater.
*Although the module has an embedded microcontroller, no programming knowledge is required. 3 tactile switches allow configuration of various parameters including on and off trigger temperature.
*The onboard relay can switch a maximum current of 14V DC 20A, 24V DC 16A or 125V AC 7A. The current temperature is shown in degrees Celsius via a 3-digit seven-segment display and the current relay status is shown via an on-board LED.

The display shows the measured temperature by default.
*Short press the "SET" button, then press the "+" and "-" buttons to increase or decrease the temperature setpoint.
*Long press the "SET" button to activate the menu to change the P0 to P6 parameters listed in the settings table below.
*Setpoints and all parameter settings are stored in non-volatile memory and are retained when controller power is turned off.
Notice:
The maximum input supported voltage should not exceed 12V. In applications such as automobiles or RVs where the battery voltage may exceed 12V, a voltage regulator circuit such as a 1N5349A Zener diode and a 20 Ohm series resistor in the 1W range should be used to limit the voltage to 12V. Alternatively, a 12V to 9V converter with its input connected to the battery and its output connected to the W1209 will provide a stable 9V DC power supply to the W1209.
