Yes it says dryerand. Item received is just a 4" huge plastic brush with bristles that went all the way around. The box was already opened with a tear to the opening. Message sent to seller: reason for return "I didn't realize that it was so big. I have arthritis and I will not be able to use it." I asked for a refund the response was and I quote: "dear I'm not using this product to curl my hair. His name is Hot Comb. Use it as a comb. A comb that emits hot air. Please try, thank you." That's it. I couldn't respond to the email. I had to do another return for this item and then tell them what I thought. This is the third time I have ordered from Walmart MarketPlace and this is my last. I am recommending this seller be removed from Walmart MarketPlace.
