Westlake Kitchen provides 2 years warranty for the whole machine, including free parts, telephone/video guidance, door-to-door maintenance, and other services.
The compressor is guaranteed for 6 years, but only the costs of parts and delivery are covered for the last 4 years.
Return Policy:
You can return the product for a refund within 14 days of delivery only if:
(1) The item is in its original condition and the packaging is acceptable.
(2) You agree to pay the return delivery fee if there is no quality problem.
