Poor Packaging and damaged pieces

First, FEDEX delivered the package and one side was half open and one edge was also not sealed. When I went to assemble there were several pieces chipped/damaged. This is unacceptable, it should have been packaged better and there should have been a review of the pieces before placed in the box to be sold.
