Totally useless!

Since Christmas day 2016 I have exchanged a dozen exchanges via a single ticket with IK multimedia technical support. I had problems with my itune and icloud relationships that I have since resolved with apple. Once resolved I install the EZ voice FREE application on my iphone 5S ok but when I registered got an error message every time I logged in. I tried to use the Irig Mic and found the app does nothing more than record. I can't get the application to do anything and very frustrated because the application says it is registred now but does not link to my itunes. The today show said this was the hot product, but from my experience does not work! I used my laptop and found I was able to download and install all the free software that comes free with the Irig mic. Most the software does nothing except lead the user to all the IK product line and encourge you buy more! I hope they work this stuff out soon because so far my experience is "does not work!". This product to my mind is a outstanding example of a product that can be great, but needs further beta testing and development and updates and announce "when its fixed!"
