Maintaining my recird collection

Just like the old days of absilutely cleaning my vinyl, and shellac records. Helps to keep the fuzz that may be in the groove fromm dulling the records.

Studebaker Vinyl Record Cleaning System

This record cleaning system is the same as the Spin Clean one that goes for twice the price. The difference between the two is that the Studebaker uses cleaning solution only on the brushes, while the Spin Clean basin gets filled with water and you add the cleaning solution to the brushes. Do yourself a favor by buying the Studebaker cleaning system and a bottle of Spin Clean MK3 solution. Then clean your records as per Spin Clean and enjoy the savings vs buying the Spin Clean one.

I've cleaned a half dozen LPs with the Studebaker. Really seems to clean the vinyl well. Not noticed a dramatic improvement in sound quality but perhaps the records weren't that grungy. Time will tell if the unit and its components last.
