Just as pictured, comes in 5 panels that can be attached to make circumference smaller. all window holes have to be punched out with your fingers. height is around 5.5" to 6" tall. no batteries included for the lights. (takes 2 AA). overall very cute and glad I purchased it. makes for a perfect finishing touch to my tree.
