Added is a concentration of pharmaceutical grade Neem and Karanja oil at levels that make MediClean both therapeutic and have natural insect repelling properties. MetaClean rinses four to five times faster than sulfate based shampoos and has a natural aromatherapy that calms the pet during bathing. There are no perfumes that irritate the pet's skin or sense of smell. MediClean works both for pets and people.
