syedee 36" 39" Deltoid and Shoulder Press Machine

So after a lot of research and pricing comparisons this Syedee delt/shoulder press machine was the best choice imo. Assembly was about an hour and a half, I used my side impact, socket, ratchets, they really help with a speedy assembly process rather than their tools they give you. Assembly was simple you just follow the instructions and even the parts are labeled exactly where they go, I had nothing missing. I started building it on a table and then as it got bigger I brought it to the floor. Ergonomically it's a pleasure to use. I am 6'-3” 220lbs and it's very comfortable. Smooth action, the machine stays put. You can do shoulder presses with a steady full range of motion, when you put the plates on you really feel the weight so you're getting great isolation. The delt raises are a must in bodybuilding. This machine really isolates the delts with a full range of motion. Doesn't take much weight to feel it either, it burns so good. There's a small lever above the upper joint that allows you to raise the upper bars for when you're doing the delts. Overall a great addition to the home gym especially for the money. Great construction, nice welds and good paint job. Walmart was less then Amazon which was great, it arrived undamaged pretty quickly and it's just a great price for the amount of muscle you're going to be gaining from this must have piece of equipment!! I love it and I'm glad I chose this one. 5/5 all day long.

This machine is an absolute must have in any strength training gym. It will build your shoulders up to new standards as it targets specific muscle groups normal weights and dumbells cant. It will take your build definition to new places and do so quicker and with less fatigued musvle groups. I wish i would have purchased this machine sooner is my only regret.
