Great customer service a beautiful product!

We love this set. It looks great in our kitchen. We had an issue with one of the chair. I reported it to them. By the time they got back to me, my husband was able to fix the chair. Although, they didn't have to, they provided us with a credit.

Arrived with damage

My excitement waned as we began to unwrap and put this lovely set together. A lot of damage to the flared table supports at each end - and the damage shows through the beautiful glass top. One of the four chairs had delamination on the seat The chairs were put together easily (I highly recommend getting the $3.00 drill attachment for the allen screws). The table was very difficult to put together and required two people and much strength. I give Hayneedle my thanks and appreciation. Customer service is awesome. The customer service gal arranged for one new chair to be sent and a good discount on the entire order - so now I can hire a furniture refinisher to repair the damage. It is a beautiful set - just what I wanted for my retirement home for this modern senior.
