It probably wouldnt really i flate as much as 6 inches but I like the firmness already I think it only inflate as much as 4.5 inches maybe I didnt wait long for it to inflate, but I boight this because I want something I can just carry with me and will fit in the car when moving and wont have issue with hiring movers but I love it already
