Ordered 8/15/24 was supposed to be delivered 8/30/24. On 8/30/24 received msg it was delayed. Finally came 9/4, emailed seller on 9/1 asked for refund bcz I needed these for an event on 8/31. They refunded half and said I could keep product and I was ok with that until I received product. The product looks nothing like picture and quality is horrible. Paper flowers not plastic and it seems like false advertisement. I'm truly disappointed and unsatisfied with product.
