DECEPTIVE. USED RETURN SOLD AS NEW

Shipping package says: Fun.com. Item says shipped from "Halloween Costumes". Purchased on walmart.com. Absolutely HORRENDOUS. Costume was already opened and USED. Had animal hair on it. Had no proper packaging at all. This is obviously a very USED return. It is absolute insanity to think that a business (or several businesses) would be able to sell such garbage quality, used, returned, and horribly packaged product as NEW.
