Coil Springs for Coil Overs

My newly acquired Subaru Forester wagon came equipped with an IPC racer boy suspension system. Since I had no desire to haul bricks, I decided to smooth out the ride so I've been experimenting with spring rates. First off I moved the rear coils to the front and purchased/installed 8"" X 250 lb coils; still too stiff. Second round 8"" X' 150 lb coils installed with 1 1/2"" of preload. About right. Next purchase will be 10"" X 150 lb coils installed with 2"" of preload; this should tame the beast and still give me neutral handling.

Did the trick. Stopped the car from bouncing 200 spring to much.
