Inconsistent sizing

I'm 5ft 7in and about 185 lbs, bra size varies between 38/40, DD/DDD, waist 43in and hip 49in. Inconsistent sizing, I ordered two of these shirts in my normal size, 2XL, one fit not bad and the other puckered under the arm and was almost another size larger. There are three buttons down the front and to me there should be a forth one at the top, the extra material at the top flops over which takes away from the top. The material is poly/cotton and soft, the colors and patterns were as per the pictures. Care and material tag is on the side towards the bottom of the shirt. I returned both shirts due to sizing and the floppy material.
