Not advertised well on box

I love these ruggies they do work if you read the instructions and install them correctly. I can see how it can be confusing. On the box it says 8 ruggies. You use two on one side of the rug. One sticks to the rug itself, the other sticks between the rug and the floor (see photo). Meaning one box is good for one rug. Im using this in my sons room for his rug that doesn't grip well and these work! Don't have to worry about residue from other rug tape!

Low ratings caused by incomplete instructions.

I applied the four gripper pads with the four adapter sheets included in the box, on fabric seat cushions placed on wood chairs vice rugs to floor. Works great. Tip: The user instructions are not clear about using the included adapter sheets that are required for adherence to some materials. It causes misunderstanding, failure to use the adapters when needed and thus, wrongful poor ratings. The grippers work well - they require the use of adapter sheets to adhere on some materials.

These worked great on my rug as long as I used the included “tape” but when I removed those because I washed the rug it wouldn't hold my rug down anymore!
