My wife and I purchased another Price Pfister kitchen faucets a few years ago. After a few years, we had a problem with the hot and cold levers not function properly. We called Pfister for replacement parts. After being informed that parts were months away the offered the opportunity to replace the whole faucet altogether. Wow! Now that's customer service. We were giving a few options (all great ones) and finally decided on the Wheaton 1-Handle. After an easy installation (was not my first time installing a faucet) and a few months of use, this faucet is a dream (my wife's words). The appearance, functionality, water pressure and sheer appearance (did I say that already?)...we love this it and highly recommend it to any and all users. To think, we received this (what we believe is an upgrade to what we originally bought) due to a company's customer service and standing behind it's product.
