The fireplace is attractive but arrived defective.

Although this fireplace is attractive, it does not resemble the image that accompanied my purchase. It was delivered to me defective, with the glass frame containing approximately twenty-five small bubbles. Although I do appreciate it, I must return it.

We promptly received the product and packaged it. The product fits simply into the prefabricated opening and is secured. An extensive variety of illumination color configurations and hearing modes. Incorporates a schedule. Crystals are a lovely addition.
