My son loves it!!!

Bought this for my 8 year old son. He loves it! It flew well and I was surprised at how long the battery lasted. We took it outside to a field by our house and flew it. I like that it's foam so I dong have to worry about plastic pieces breaking. Had lots of fun with it.

Nice looking drone

Nice detail, could have more lights, longer flight, replaceable batteries. I love it.

Fun little drone

I would actually give this 3 1/2 but Walmart doesn't let you do halves. This is a fun little drone inside the Star Wars line, and suitable for even those new to flying small mini drones. The price is still a little high for the features honestly, compared to other drones in the Star Wars line. On the positive side, the controls are easy to learn and use, and it does have a 'novice' feature for those new to flying 4-axis minis. The flight time is decent for the power pack and it handles well for being an awkward shape. It's nice that you can charge the drone itself using a wall charger through the controller (make sure you use a 0.5 amp max output charger for the best performance). On the negative side, the trim settings aren't always effective and you will have to adjust again the next time you fly usually. There's no lights (aside from the rear engines) or sound effects compared with other minis in this line. There are also no spare props included, so while it's hard to damage one with the design if you do in any way (they're still plastic) you're hosed. Overall it's a fun flyer for indoor use. We run several different drones in my shop during the day to kill time, and this one gets just as much use as the others. A little larger scale to match a little more with the Tie Fighter / X-wing and Millenium Falcon minis would be more worth the price tag.
