The product is sturdy and durable: the stair blocks are solid and weighted, and the treading material on each stair block surface is thick for durability and traction , and for preventing slippage. I purchased enough stair blocks for 2 sets of stairways but unfortunately they are too steep for our 10-pound mini wirehair dachshund, so we'll just continue ramping off the stairway and carry him up/down. The return process was exceptionally easy---prompt the return online, print the FedEx return label, and package up the goods. FedEx will come by tomorrow to pick up----all free!
