Plastic arm covers makes it very unattractive

Not attractive at all. There is clear plastic over the gold, and little plastic flowers that house the hooks for the Chrystals. I could not see this from the picture. You can also see the cord through the plastic around the arms. Very unattractive. Planning to return. Will update with the ease of the return process.
