Listing says it comes with 18650 lithium battery, which is missing. Item is not the same as the one pictured; instead of red and green buttons there is a single sticker along the control panel. Item comes with a tiny 5" USB charging cord, but charging port is broken off and rattling around inside the item. I didn't expect much for the price, but I don't think an item that actually works in some capacity is too much to ask. As it is, I cannot even test it to see if the fan motor works. To Walmart's credit, my refund was instantaneous and no need to return the item. Even they don't want this piece of crap back.
