True to size but not warm in cold weather

When I received the sweater I really liked it and it is true to size...it looked like it was going to be really warm and instead i was so cold the temperature was 40 degrees..I didn't realize how thin it was.. till I touched my sweater again cuz I did not understand why I was so cold...the sweater is really thin..you will freeze your butt off... the sweater is more like for spring or when winter is ending...it is a nice sweater but not warm at all...you have to warm couple of sweaters under...sweater is more for like temperatures around 60 degrees or higher

I ordered the jacket 3x because I wanted it really big. Something I can lose my self in. It is not 3x. I'm a large and it is tight. Not loose at all. My daughter is a small and she can barely wear a sweater under the jacket. Very disappointed. And it's also thin. Not very warm.
