Dash & Albert Coco Handwoven Indoor/Outdoor Rug, 2' 6" x 8', Blue

I have 2 of these rugs (bought them at least 10 years ago) and I was SO excited to see they are still available as I will be buying more for our new home. I use them indoors. I have 3 large white dogs and the dog fur doesn't show up. They have held up well to all the things that dogs do on rugs (LOL) and they also wash well in the washing machine (I have a 4x6 and a 2 x 8')--I wash them at least every 2 months if not more frequently. I recommend a rubber-style rug pad (or else these move around on our hardwood floors. I get lots of compliments on these rugs! I have 3 other Dash & Albert rugs that have not aged as well (they have pilled up and really look old and worn now). But, these rugs have survived a lot!

I had looked everywhere for a blue-hued rug that would hold up well to traffic for the second bedroom of our condo which is also used to access our back patio. We didn't want anything too dark or too busy and read online that the rug could be reversed. We emailed Anne Selke to ask if they could send a larger picture of the reverse side and they wrote back the next day with an image. We placed the order and the rug arrived promptly, well packaged. True to what I'd read online, the rug is of good quality. We don't presently have a rug pad under it but plan to add one as it does slide around a bit. The only item of note to share is that there is a tag sewn into the edge of the rug which shows when it is reversed. We could probably carefully cut it out but have positioned it in our room so you barely notice it.
