I love the pillow being very soft and plushy. I was surprised. The wedge is firmer, but it is still soft. They did write that you have to get used to the wedge. The incline! I am sure it will get easier knowing where the sweet spot is. It took me time to find it, but I fell asleep easily. I woke up with no pain on my shoulder ! It does fill up my single bed. Yet, I am able to still use it. I love the option of using the pillow between my legs. I have a bad back.

Love it

It took awhile and two visits to my pcm at the VA, but the wait was absolutely worth it!  I was supposed to get this for severe shoulder nerve pain from an injury, and the VA ordered me the acid reflux version, which is ALSO very effective for my shoulder issues and as an added bonus, I have not had any acid reflux (I have had mild issues with this in the past) issues since using this system, and my shoulder issue has significantly improved as has my sleep. This pillow has been a game-changer and  has been a real blessing  with greatly-improved sleep. This system ABSOLUTELY works and has enhanced my quality of life by way of improving my sleep. It is comfortable and actually works!  Finally the additional pillows come in multiple color options (white is a recipe for stains in my house).  My toddler son loves to snuggle up with me with this pillow system, and sometimes outright TAKES the pillow from me and uses it himself-we co-sleep and sometimes he will fight me for this pillow if I get up, he will slide over and use it.  Safe to say we all love this pillow system and have joked about having to get one for my son too.

Best pillow ever

I have severe Sleep Apnea dispite my BMI is not high (light overweight) and I'm fit (family case - both patents with Sleep Apnea). Im using CPAP since 8 years and left side body position is perfect. Generally I recommend using it and I do not recommend to consume any kind of alcohol any time with reflux symptoms.
