I wrote a sound review that is being refused, I know not why. Let's see if whatever AI bots will accept these socks are made of 100% cotton yarn, as advertised. when I pull them to the top of their stretch limit, they are above my knee. These two things make me happy. Above the knee, for me, means they stretch higher than twenty point five inches, or fifty-two centimeters. The widest diameter of my calf is fourteen inches, or thirty-five and a half centimeters. I washed them in very warm water and dried them in a tuble dryer at high heat. While they seemed to shrink a bit, they still came above my knee. I bought these because I need cotton socks to sleep in, to regulate the temperature of my feet (which feel like they freeze solid), and the socks do exactly what I bought them for. I may buy more. I highly recommend them to folk who are desperately seeking 100% cotton socks, as these are actually that. They do not cut off circulation with a tight band at the top, as so many socks do, these days.
