I have a set of Gracious Goods dishes and wanted to add these matching bowls. However, though the quality was fine, they weren't manufactured like the current ones I own. These were darker in color and the markings did not have the same beautiful hand painted detail. I believe it may be due to moving the product production to China. The quality was not what I previously bought from this company. Disappointed and I hope they reconsider the current way they are producing these. The bowls themselves are fine and had I not already owned the set made better I might not have known the difference. But even the picture looks more like the quality I've bought previously.
