AECOJOY 8' x 10' Hardtop Gazebo Outdoor Aluminum Pergola ​For Garden, Patio, Backyard-​Gray

The parts to build the pergola arrived but Some critical parts are bent and others flattened. I emailed Walmart but was told that the producer (AECOJOY ) WOULD RESPOND IN 48 hours. The company has not responded. I have emailed the company and no response. I have called the telephone number in China. The number in the advertising is incorrect. I have called the new number with no response. I have twice more but no response. I like the construction of the pergola but cannot complete the project with parts that are damaged. I asked for just the damaged parts to be replaced. No response other than the company will respond in 48 hours. I have done due diligence. HELP!

Took one guy and a helper (me) but he did actually did it. We laid out all the letter-labelled hardware pieces, bags of screws/bolts/ends, etc. Then, followed the instruction booklet. Everything fit together perfectly. It’s solid, looks good and came out just like the product pics. Took just under 4 hours. Highly recommend. The roof for this size (8’x8’) has 8 solid plastic sections and they slid into the frame grooves perfectly. It works well on the side of the house where it is more wind-protected. It provides shade and rain protection to go out into the yard. Yes, a good buy and well worth it!!
