I like this filter. I have the Holmes mini tower. I generally put it it in one room have my windows closed and then close the door to the room. It is very noticeable when you come back into the room a few hours later and the air is much fresher. I just wish the filter wasn't so expensive. :)

Cleans the air efficiently

My son and I just moved into a previously owned home. Let's just say, the air quality, ventilation and carpet were not in the best of shape. To help our bodies cope with the switch, we use the air filter and it's prevented a long list of resperstory issues we've had to deal with in past moves! It's also he end of march and a lot of airbourne illnesses are floating around, we have managed to avoid all of them. I firmly believe the air filtration system has been a major game changer in preventing us from getting sick. No, it doesn't filter microbes, but it does keep our bodies healthy enough to fight off other airbourne ailments. It's also a pretty quite machine. We normally run it all day.
