Exceeded my expectations!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After an exhaustive research on Playsets, my wife and I decided on the Gorilla Playset. After assembling the playset we are both in agreement that the quality of the design and materials were better than we expected. While the assembly instructions are clear, it would have been helpful to know that depending on the (build) step, wood and fasteners might come out of two different boxes. (the boxes contain groupings of the different stages of the playset). If you have the space to lay out all of the materials based on each step that would be very helpful. Otherwise if one person can assemble and the other pull the materials for the next step it will shorten the time to build. The building process itself was easy for anyone with a basic working knowledge of tools.

Beautiful swing set!
I purchased this earlier this summer and recently finished assembling it. The directions were very clear and the playset turned out great. The hardware is extremely durable and will last a very long time. I decided to add an additional swing in the extra space. I ordered an extra set of hardware, but it was too small. It was made for a 4 x 4 beam and the wrangler has a 4 x 6 beam. I called to see if i could exchange it. Swing n Slide let me keep what I ordered and promptly sent out 2 sets of swing hangers made for the Wrangler! I have not experienced this type of customer service anywhere!
