Excellent!

Very good quality product and ingredients, perfect combination of berbeine, probiotics and chromium. Saw great improvements in waistline within a week. Bloating gone and I only take once a day. Did not test sugar levels though.

the dosage is higher compared to other competing brands. regardless, it's only been a week since consuming, no differences noticed yet, will update at a later time

Seems to help but can give a bit of an upset stomach

Berberine is quite strong. Helps with sugar metabolism and digestion of carbohydrates but can cause some headache and upset stomach. I take it once in a while with something starchy rather than all the time.
