I am using 3 Liquid Stands in my home studio. Great product. I accidentally broke a plastic end off a second tier arm. I contacted Liquid Stands and asked them if I could buy a replacement end cap. They sent a complete arm with end cap at no charge within days of my request and followed up to make sure I got the package. Excellent customer service!

I ordered the second tier and extra arms and the identical arm from both orders has clear manufacturing issues with it. The lip is crooked and the arm itself is actually built at a slightly different angle from the other arm making it not possible to have the correct angle.Very disappointing. It seems it hasn't always been this way. I'm likely to return it and actually sell off my full stand to go for a different multi-tier option.
