RTIC travel bottles and mugs are fabulous in addition to being less expensive than their famous competitor. Sometimes, though, I cherish an earlier model and don't move so easily with the times. This item is one of the old line, recently discontinued, made with an inner lining of stainless steel instead of their new designs still insulated but lined with ceramic. The new items do work the same way (WELL insulated for hot or cold use, sturdy, leak-proof and convenient), but stainless steel is still the gold standard of linings for me. So I've been grabbing these older ones wherever I can. A real winner!

I bought this as a gift for my son and he LOVES IT! He said that it keeps his drink super cold even when he leaves it in the car while on a walk/run. The only thing I didn't anticipate was how hot it would get on the outside being that it's metal. But regardless, his drinks are still cold. 🙂 He just has to be a careful picking it up in the summer when he's outside in the sun. 🤷🏻‍♀️
