Glenwood Lightweight Sling

This sling perfectly fits our 22 Long Rifle. The installation was quick and super easy (sling screws in at two points). Sling padding appears wider in-person. It was very comfortable--even for someone with back issues. Sling was easily worn in two positions (see photos). Note: Sling has no attachments for our AR 15.

Glenwood Lightweight Sling by Allen Company, all black with red stitching ... This is my first sling, but not my first rifle. I wanted a better way to get my Savage 270 into my tree stand. I had always used a rope to pull it up after me. With this sling I can simply shoulder my rifle behind me and climb my ladder, being careful not to snag the muzzle on any branches. This is not a heavy rifle, but the extra padding on this wide sling is more than welcome. The inside texturing feels very non-slip, like it's rubberized. I am confident that it will not fall off my shoulder, even when wearing layers under my thick hunting jacket. I should have done this years ago.
