Damaged and incorrectly constructed.

The bottoms of the drawers were all torn apart. The item was incorrectly constructed, which would have caused me to have to damage the bed to get access to the screw holes shown in the instructions.

THE WORST ITEM EVER PURCHASED

Just got this delivered yesterday and I would/could not recommend this product. Please see photos there are so many problems with the item. THIS ITEM IS BEING RETURNED This product/SELLER deserves 0 STARS and a -0 rating. 1. We could not get past step 4 (see photo) of the instructions, because there were no 4 holes for support metal in the frame. 2. Many of the wooden bed slats were damage, stripping, look like they are rotting and splitting (see photos). Don't know how safe it would be use them (waiting lawsuit when they break and poke your child through the mattress). 3. The packages with the screws were not labeled, some of the screws looked similar so wouldn't know which to use. Plus it appeared some screws were missing . There is no telling what else is JACKED UP or what other issues there are because we could not proceed beyond step 4. I hope they don't try to resell this product after I return it. I'm call Walmart also about this product the SELLER is selling. I have to work hard for my money so I expect quality products.
