I was buying this for a friend as a gift, she likes unique items, so I thought this would fit for her and I have to admit I was surprised when I saw how heavy duty they were, I really was expecting more of a novelty type item, but I was wrong. They give all appearances of high quality, and it was evident they were sturdy, she reports that after several washings in the dishwasher they are still like new, so I have to admit to my own surprise that this is a 5 Star item considering QUALITY APPEARANCE STRENGTH.
