Easy to use and effective on releasing tension
I used the product on my left shoulder that I have a knot in the muscle, I tried knead, shoulder mode and even turned it up and down. It was easy to use, I could use it myself and it was effective in helping me release the tension in the muscle. I would suggest starting at a lower number because it can get intensive but I turned it up slowly until it felt like it was working out the knot. I love how many options I have with the pulse massager and how many places on the body it works such as the shoulder, waist, joints, hand , leg and back.
