I've been using Freeda One Daily Prenatal for a few months now and I'm genuinely impressed. used these a prenatal before pregnancy and the first month i used them i ended up pregnant! even after months of trying! so definitely helped with getting pregnant, you do have to drink a decent amount of water to help the taste but it's better then other prenatals i've taken
