I've been using Freeda One Daily Prenatal for a few months now and I'm genuinely impressed. I was looking for something that wasn't packed with artificial junk or unnecessary fillers, and this one checked all the boxes. It's vegan, gluten-free, and super gentle on my stomach—even with the iron included (which usually upsets me with other brands). What really surprised me is how many tablets you get—250! That's over 8 months' worth if you're taking just one a day. Way more affordable than most other brands I've tried. Plus, no weird aftertaste, no nausea, and it doesn't have that overwhelming vitamin smell. I also appreciate how clean the ingredients are. I'm currently pregnant, and it feels good knowing I'm giving my baby solid support without questionable stuff.
