It came packaged well and solid. The first order it comes in tins, after that, it comes wrapped in paper to eliminate as much waste as possible. You just keep reusing the tins for storing between uses or to travel. I've tried other, more expensive versions, of the solid shampoo and conditioner and this is just as good. It smells so good. It lathers up like regular shampoo. Conditioner works for frizz, without weighing hair down. I would definitely recommend these for anyone who doesn't want to pay the higher prices for "The other guy" version.

Love it. I really love that it's not a liquid so there is literally no waste. You brush it in your hair as much as you need unlike liquids where you always have the possibility of pouring too much. The bar is so convenient and I like the way the product makes my hair feel…soft and conditioned.
