This fiber works Great! My 5 year old grandson is a picky eater and doesn't get enough fiber in his diet. I've tried a few other fiber products that didn't really make much of a difference! After a few days of taking Hyfiber he was having regular bowel movements daily. It's nice you can add it to any drink. It's a little pricey but definitely worth it to have him regular. I would definitely recommend it!
