It comes with everything you need; it comes with nasal aspirator, to soft nasal tip shapes, pouch and 2 AA batteries. It is easy to exchange the tips and the reservoir have a max line when you add water or saline. Both the tips and reservoir are dishwasher safe. It have two suction speed high and low. It has a 2 year warranty on the aspirator. Also the bonus you can used the aspirator in different positions. I highly recommend anybody to get one.
