ROME GARDEN PRODUCT WARRANTY Warranty Coverage: All Rome products in the garden product line including: Sundials, Sundial Pedestal Bases, Armillary Sundials, Stainless Steel Gazing Globes, Gazing Globe Pedestal Bases, Chimes & Bells Warranty Details: Rome’s warranty covers products against manufacturer defects for a period of 30 days from the date that the product was originally purchased. If the product becomes defective within the warranty period, the company will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover changes to cast iron products due to oxidation as this is normal for outdoor iron garden décor. Should service become necessary, email sales@romeindustries.com with a description of the defect, when and where it was purchased along with a photo of the defective product. Rome may request the defective product be returned for evaluation if the photo does not clearly show the problem or further review is necessary for Rome’s internal QC purposes.
