Works like a charm
My kiddo has trouble settling down to go to bed and sometimes staying asleep. We occasionally use this product to help her get back on track with her sleep. It works great and she doesn't complain about the taste. I like that it's a tablet over gummy since gummy products can leave a coating on your teeth (sometimes we have to give her a dose after she brushes her teeth.) Great price too.
