It says it goes up to a certain height and maybe it does however if it does it goes up at such an angle that it doesn't seem to do the trick against an item that's supposedly just 8 inches higher??!!?? Plus even if you measure like I did it's very bulky and long making it hard to fit into an area especially an area where it can remain. It's not very handy to have something you can't leave in one space for your pet and end up having to keep moving it or putting it away. I'm still poking for something better. But by the time I opened it to use the span of time it could be returned had expired so I'm stuck with this.
