Excellent product with excellent instructions
This is our second RO system, and I just installed it in our studio apartment. We've had the UV/RO system with the Alk filter in our main kitchen for several years and it has worked like a champ. The installation takes time and it's somewhat complicated, but I've never had a problem because of the top notch instructions.

Bought a ro/w uv last spring Bought replacement filters and uv light a few weeks ago. Very knowledgeable and more than friendly service,all so fast shipping. Prior to installing this system our water tested high for nitrates and coliform bacteria. Tested 0 after installing this system.

Wether you think so or not, your water probably needs some filtration
A friend of mine convinced me to test my tap-filter water. He tought it tasted funny. I've been ok with it, but I listened and did the test. I was suprised, but the Coliform level was too high! So, I bought myself a regular 3-stage filter, did the test agaim. It was lower, but still too high for comfort. So I did some more research, and figured out I could add a UV filter to my regular RO system. This brings me here! I just bought this set and installed it. And did the water test for a 3rd time. Coliform is now neglible and it tastes so much better.
