You could easily pay the same price for other things that dont work like this one. My son's nostrils are very small and these are almost too big. My son has VERY sticky and long boogies and they are very difficult to get out especially jist with a suction bulb. It would take forever, and aometimes the inner tube of the bulb would be a bit scratchy and scratch in between the nostrils that it would bleed. I was so frustrated I wanted to look for something that could help. Yes, the suction engine is so loud that the music and lights are not loud enough or bright enough to distract baby. My newborn actually sees it and cries because he knows what is coming. Even though that is the case, I still love this thing! i gets the boogies out so fast that it supercedes anything else. I love how easy it is to use. I just suck inside and around the inside looking for the boogies and it really does the job! i love this thing and dont regret anything one bit! My baby has constant sticky snots and this is amazing for it! Totally worth it! Best invention!
