Im 40 years old and I took this product daily for one month. I’m starting my 2nd bottle (mo 2), today. I am noticing a difference! I purchased this product due to perimenopause/menopause “ph” symptoms. I also started low dose hormones through my pcp and I’d like to think I’ve seen a huge improvement with this specific product (for ph issues alone). I didn’t think I necessarily had BV but I’ve been spotting and such for 20 days some months and I could smell that my ph is off. Spotting/full periods and all the in between issues have been very inconsistent, but odor was present regularly and I haven’t even had to use boric acid suppositories during this time. That’s a plus! I tried to leave an honest review for women who may be experiencing the same issues. I hope this helps. Try it, you’ll know within that first 30 days if it helps. Also, make sure you order the right product. You want the Vag Probiotic for healthy vag ph levels. It will specifically state such on the front of the bottle!

The best by far! I had been trying different regular probiotics and probiotics for women due to getting a lot of BV, yeast infection and stomach problems, mostly BV. I ran into this probiotic online and was a bit skeptical due to nothing was working for me but I decided to try it out and been using it for two months now and for the first time I have not gotten BV or a YI in weeks! I feel so happy and relieved because it was getting so overwhelming and pricey because of all the doctors appointments. So with that said, I highly recommend this female probiotic 100% and taking it daily.

I like that this is all lactobacillus strains which I find the most important for vaginal health. I could eat yogurt for a month or more to get this level of benefit, and I do like yogurt, but this is ideal for convenience and concentration. No side effects. A little pricey but then everything is these days!
