Great movie, with a superb cast. Had to pick this up given how cheap it is.

A move to watch over and over again

I haven't had this movie two full months yet, but I've watched it about 5 times already. I purchased this after seeing a review of it on YouTube and the first two to three minutes are tough to get through, not because it's slow, just the opposite, but because you find yourself wondering what you got into by starting it. If you can tough it through the first five minutes then chances are that you will love the movie. The premise is simple, "Baby" is a getaway driver and he wants to get out of the racket. If I were to describe the movie, I would say that it's a Gangster style movie reminiscent of the James Cagney of the 30's and 40's genre with some strong 70's style anti-hero storytelling and a 80's style MTV soundtrack. It may sound weird, but it really really works. If you're put off by the trailer because it looks like they "put all the good stuff in the trailer leaving nothing for the movie" then I would simply respond with 'nope, trust me, they left out A LOT!'. My only regret is that I didn't get this in 4K.
