Great project, works really well, hard to build.

AWSOME TOY!!! but don't count on your kid building it. NEEDS adult help. As a Dad / Engineer / advanced DIY'r who collects Technic lego and built models for 30 years this took ME a significant amount of time. That said, what an amazing toy, teaches basic hydraulics, uses a hydraulic take-up for the gripper and works really well. Everything fit well and instructions were acurate. BUT a long build, multiple days of an hour here or there. Both my son and daughter love it and has lots of follow up discusions about how springs and forces work. almost no mess, few drips of water, tiny bit of oil to lube cylinders. gave it 4 out of 5 because it is a tricky toy, and although rated for 10 year old it made this 38 year old big kid work. So could cause some a struggle.
